Simply, pair it with your smartphone using the Google Find My Device app, and you’ll be connected to millions of Android users in Google's Find My Device network. Once paired, just attach the JioTag Go to your important items, and you can easily track them wherever they are.
Finding things made easy
JioTag Go works with the Google Find My Device app, which you can install from the Google Play Store.
Inside Bluetooth range
Within Bluetooth range, simply tap ‘Play sound’ on the Google Find My Device app, and your JioTag Go will start beeping loudly—up to 120 db—making it easy for you to hear and locate it.
Outside Bluetooth range
Even when you are outside the Bluetooth range of your JioTag Go, you can still check the last location detected by Google's Find My Device network along with the last seen time, which keeps getting frequently updated. Just select 'Get Directions' to open maps and follow the directions to reach your JioTag Go. Once near, JioTag Go will automatically connect to your phone and you can simply tap 'Play Sound' to find it.
For items out of reach, out of sight
Millions of Android devices around the world can help you find your JioTag Go. The tag sends out secure Bluetooth signals that other Android devices can detect, and the updated location is shared with you on the Google Find My Device app. You can even turn on ‘Lost mode’ to get notified as soon as someone finds it!

Here’re the steps to connect your JioTag Go with the Google Find My Device app.
Step 1
Install the Google Find My Device app from the Google Play Store on your phone.
Step 2
Turn on the JioTag Go near your phone and once the FastPair popup shows, tap ‘Connect’.
Step 3
Read the terms of use carefully and proceed by clicking on ‘Agree and continue’.
Step 4
Just tap on the ‘Done’ button and with that, your JioTag Go Setup is complete.
Step 5
Now you can open the Google Find My Device app to explore all the features of JioTag Go.
