- This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended/re-enacted from time to time) (“IT Act") and rules thereunder, and, amongst others, is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which mandates for publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the Website. - Reliance Retail Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “[*]”, “Company”, “we” or “us”) are endeavouring to get expressions of interest for Jio AirFiber 5G offered by the Company on the basis of terms and conditions contained here-in below.
- These terms and conditions govern each user’s (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you” or “your”) submission of an expression for interest.
- Your participation in registering your expression of interest is purely voluntary.
- The features shown on the Website may vary from the illustrations shown herein.
- You shall provide accurate and truthful information in connection with the expression of interest.
- The information provided by the User hereunder, will be used in connection the expression of interest shall be governed by the privacy policy available below.
- By successful registration of your expression of interest, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you are not pre booking the Jio AirFiber 5G and that the Company reserves the right to notify the pre booking details to you.
- By successful registration of your expression of interest, you further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall have the right to reach out to you (i) for providing further updates about the JioAirFiber 5G; (ii) for installation and activation by our engineers/Jio representative in case the User is selected.
- By receiving the expressions of interest, the Company hereby disclaims any liability in any manner whatsoever for the provisioning of the Jio AirFiber 5G to the User.
- The selection of the User will be based on criteria and sole discretion of the Company and the User hereby agrees that they shall not dispute/ challenge any decision taken by the Company. All decisions by the Company regarding the selection of User shall be final and binding.
- The selected User will be notified by the Company by such means of communication as decided by the Company. The User upon selection will be provided a link through which he will have to pay Rs. 99/- “Booking Amount”. The Booking Amount shall be adjusted with the available plan selected by the User at the time of installation and activation.
- You acknowledge and agree that the installation and activation is subject to feasibility for installation in the area/ building where you want to install the JioAirFiber 5G. The Booking Amount will be refunded in case the installation is not possible for reason stated here and any other reason.
- The data shared by you shall be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy available at www.jio.com, subject to the applicable laws of India and shall be used by the Company.
