eSIM smartphone FAQ
I am currently in international roaming and I have lost my phone/SIM or deleted the eSIM. How can I get my SIM/eSIM back?
To initiate a SIM replacement request while in international roaming, please follow these steps:
- Download the SIM replacement request formattached here
- Fill out the request form completely
- Attach Necessary Documents:
- A copy of your valid Indian Passport
- A copy of your VISA with Entry stamp / Digital Entry Document / Landing Slip or any proof of entry
- Scan the filled SIM Replacement request form and attach documents
- In case of eSIM, share the screenshot of EID and IMEI numbers (Dial *#06# for EID and IMEI)
- Send the scanned documents from your REGISTERED E-MAIL ID to care@jio.com for SIM replacement
