How do I activate Do Not Disturb (DND)?
You can activate DND using MyJio app or Jio.com:
Using MyJio App:
- Open MyJio App
- Tap on Profile Icon and select ‘Settings’ option
- Tap on ‘Service settings’
- Tap on ‘Do not Disturb’
- Scroll down & choose the respective DND service which you want to Block and select ‘Save’ option
- Tap on ‘Proceed’ to confirm
From Jio.com:
- Visit Jio Login page
- Tap on ‘Settings’ icon on the home page
- Tap on ‘Service settings’
- Tap on ‘Do not Disturb’
- Scroll down & choose the respective DND service which you want to Block and select ‘Save’ option
- Tap on ‘Submit’ to confirm
Other options to Activate DND:
- SMS: Send START 0 to 1909.
- Call: Dial 1909 from your Jio number.
You will receive a confirmation SMS with a unique registration number on submitting the request for DND activation. Your DND preference will be updated within 24 hours.
