How will I know when my Jio SIM is ready for tele-verification?
You will receive an SMS on your alternate mobile number and your e-mail ID informing you that your Jio SIM is ready for tele-verification.
You can call 1977 and tele-verify your number using any of the following options:

- Enter the 5-digit PIN received on your alternate number
- Enter the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport
- Connect with our contact centre advisor for tele-verification
