How can I change the recharge amount in JioAutoPay?
The option to change the JioAutoPay Recharge Amount is available on the MyJio app and www.jio.com/myaccount.
Here're steps to change your plan via MyJio:
Any modification/cancellation of AutoPay shall be effective from the upcoming debit trigger of AutoPay which is 5 days before the expiry of the (last) active plan or upon 90% of the data consumption for long-term plans with no daily data limit."
- Step 1: Open the MyJio app
- Step 2: Click on the menu option (top left corner)
- Step 3: Tap on 'JioPay'
- Step 4: Select JioAutoPay
- Step 5: Under details, select 'Change Plan'
- Step 6: Select the “Plan” of your choice and click on proceed
- Step 7: You will see a confirmation message and an SMS notification stating:
“Your request for 'Change Plan' has been successfully submitted.
