What if I don t use a Jio SIM with a valid recharge plan on my pre-owned smartphone under the Upgrade Offer?
If your Jio SIM does not have a valid recharge, your pre-owned smartphone screen will be restricted. You will only be able to make emergency calls, call customer care, and access the MyJio app to recharge your Jio number.
