What documents do I need to port my mobile number to Jio?
You need a Unique Porting Code (UPC) and valid Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) document such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License. Alternatively, you can also use the eKYC facility. Check the steps to generate Unique Porting Code here.
