How long does it take to port the existing mobile number to Jio?
Mobile Number Portability (MNP) request placed within the same state/circle takes 3 working days and 5 working days for a different state, post sharing the Unique Porting Code (UPC) and valid documents (Proof of Address and Proof of Identity) with our executive.
*Please note, the porting process for Jammu & Kashmir and North-eastern states takes 15 days as per regulatory norms.
