Can I apply for a Jio Set-top Box connection as an add-on and what are the charges for the same?
You can purchase an additional Jio Set-top Box at ₹5,499 (Including GST). To place a request, reach out to our customer support by dialling 1800-896-9999 or writing to JioFiberCare@jio.com. Our customer support team will fix an appointment for you with our Home Care Engineer at your preferred location to deliver and install the additional set-top box.
Please note: Since, additional Jio Set-top Box will be solely owned by you after your purchase, there will be no refund for this device even if the services are cancelled later.
