JioFiberVoice FAQ

How many devices can be configured with one JioFiberVoice number?

You can configure your JioFiberVoice number on one landline phone and up to six additional devices such as smartphones (via the JioJoin app) or Jio Set Top Boxes. This allows you to use your JioFiberVoice number across multiple devices at home for calling and video calling.
At any given time, only one device can actively handle the call. This means if a call is answered on one device, the others will stop ringing. All configured devices can still make and receive calls, you simply choose which device you want to use at that moment.

This setup gives your home a flexible and seamless calling experience:
  • Use your landline phone for regular voice calls
  • Use your smartphone for calling when you’re away from the router
  • Use your Jio Set Top Box for large-screen video calls
Once configured, all these devices work as extensions of your single JioFiberVoice number, giving you a complete, connected home calling solution.
