Plans FAQ

You can change your JioFiber Postpaid plan through the Jio.com or MyJio app.

• Log in to your account on jio.com or open the JioFiber section of MyJio
• Click on the ‘View Plan’ on Jio.com or navigate to the ‘Plan’ section of MyJio
• Go to 'Change Plan'
• Select the plan you want to opt for
• Make one month’s payment for the new plan

With that, the bill plan change will get activated at 00:00 hrs. the next day.
