Why do I have to pay a security deposit for JioFiber services?
Security deposit taken for the Jio Home Gateway is refundable.

- If you choose to discontinue using JioFiber services, you will receive a refund of your eligible security deposit amount provided the installed devices are returned in good and working condition
- Security deposit for Jio Broadband will get refunded through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) in your account
- Refund may take up to 60 days from the date of cancellation request given.
