Prepaid to postpaid FAQ
What happens to the security deposit of my JioFiber prepaid plan when I migrate to postpaid?
When your service is migrated from prepaid to postpaid, the refundable security deposit paid at the time of prepaid activation also gets migrated to postpaid. This refundable security deposit shall be returned at the time of disconnection upon return of the device in good and working condition.
