I have migrated from the trial plan to JioFiber Postpaid. Am I eligible for a full refund of installation charges and security deposit if I disconnect the connection?
Your security deposit will be refunded to you after inspecting the condition of your Jio Set-top Box. Installation charges paid at the time of activating the Trial Offer shall not be refunded after migration to JioFiber Postpaid.
