How do I check my recent recharge details?
You can check recent recharge details using both the MyJio app and Jio.com. Given below are the steps:
Using the MyJio app:
- Log in to the MyJio app
- Tap on the Mobile or Fiber icons on the homepage. Tap on 'Recharge history' option in Transactions section to view details of recent recharges
- All your recharges in last 6 months will be displayed along with status the validity
Using Jio.com:
- Log in with OTP
- Click on 'Recharge history' option in Transactions section option to view details of recent recharges
- All your recharges in last 6 months active and upcoming plans will be displayed along with status the validity
