What should I do if the Wi-Fi device appears to be offline in the app?
Here are a couple of checks to do in case your Wi-Fi devices do not appear as active on the app:
- Router check: Ensure that the router to which Wi-Fi devices are connected is powered On.
- Network check: Ensure active internet is available for the router. In case, Wi-Fi name or password has been changed, ensure Wi-Fi reconfiguration is done on the Wi-Fi device.
