Is it possible to replace an existing device added on the JioSmartLiving app with a new one?
Yes it is possible if the device supports Replace functionality, you would see an option named Replace under 3 dots menu of the device.
Go to the Device Details screen and select 3 dots menu, if Replace option appears then that specific device can be replaced with another to re-use the set automation rules and scenes. Just follow the onscreen instructions to replace the faulty offline device with a new device with the same make and model number.
Please Note: This functionality works only if the device is offline.
