My downloads are missing in JioSaavn. How do I get them back?
If you are on Android, simply make sure you are connected over the Jio cellular network and then relaunch the app. Your downloads should copy automatically! In case you are still having difficulty, go to ‘Settings’, select ‘Pro Options’ and then choose ‘Sync Downloads’. This will get everything back, right where you left it!
