Why is my USB connected to the Jio Set Top Box not detected?
- Check if the external drive is connected properly.
- Check if the external drive (3.0) is connected to Blue port of the Jio Set Top Box which is 3.0 supported.
- Check if the external drive (2.0) is connected to Black port of the Jio Set Top Box which is 2.0 supported.
