Is it mandatory for me to take a Jio SIM under the 'New JioPhone Offer - 2021?
Yes, you have to buy a new SIM to avail of this offer. If you still wish to retain your existing number, you can port your existing number to Jio via Mobile Number Portability (MNP) process.
