If you are not getting a clear image, here are some steps you can take to try to fix the issue:

• Use the IPD setting (centre wheel) to adjust the distance between the lenses to remove the double image.
• Adjust the focus using the diopter setting (side wheels) to improve the clarity of the image.
• Adjust the headset position using the straps to find the position that provides the clearest image.
• Clean the lenses for any dust, smudges, and fingerprints with a microfiber cloth.
