Terms and Conditions:

  1. Offer is valid for bookings made only on APP.
  2. The min transaction value to be eligible for the offer should be as per the above grid.
  3. The offer is valid till 31st May,17.
  4. The customer shall be entitled for cashback to MMT wallet as per the above grid.
  5. The offer is valid only on Makemytrip App.
  6. Cashback will be processed to MMT My Wallet.
  7. Cashback to MakeMyTrip wallet will be credited within 21 working days from the date of booking.
  8. The cashback offer can be availed by the Customer for a maximum of 1 booking made on MakeMyTrip Website or APP during the offer period.
  9. Any unused amount in the wallet will automatically expire after 90 days from the date of credit.
  10. Offer is not valid on payments made through My Wallet, COD, PayPal account and EMI.
  11. Standard ticket conditions on refunds and baggage rules apply.
  12. MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
  13. If the Customer doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3month from the booking date. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
  14. The Customer cannot club two offers in the same booking ID.
  15. The cashback benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on MakeMyTrip, except in scenarios where the other benefit is not extended/funded by MakeMyTrip.
  16. If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the wallet and \cancellation charges shall apply. In the event the cashback amount credited to the wallet has already been utilized by the customer, the said cashback amount shall be deducted from the refund amount along with the applicable cancellation charges.
  17. User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply.
  18. Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
  19. MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  20. In no event, the entire liability of MakeMyTrip for any dispute arising in connection with this offer shall exceed the cashback amount; a Customer is entitled to under the said offer.
  21. In case of partial cancellation, complete cashback amount would be recalled and the customer would not be entitled for cashback.
  22. MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any claims arising due to Force Majeure events or situations beyond MakeMyTrip’s reasonable control.
  23. MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
  24. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only.
