Definitions

• This offer is a promotional initiative provided by Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. ('Pay with Rewards'). 'This offer is made available to you by Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. ('Pay with Rewards’) on the Platforms (defined below) maintained and operated by Jio ('Merchant').'
• The Offer is valid from 1st September till 30th September, both days inclusive ('Offer Period'), unless revoked or extended by Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. in its sole discretion, without assigning any reason, without prior notice, and without liability of any kind.
• Under this Offer, customers will get an assured savings upto Rs.200 on their FIRST successful Mobile recharge (Jio Prepaid)/bill payment (Jio Postpaid) of minimum ₹299, applicable once per user to customers who:
  • Completes a transaction on the Jio corresponding mobile applications (collectively 'Platforms'); and
  • Offer is Valid for customers enrolled on any of the associated loyalty programs on Pay with Rewards
  • This Offer is not applicable for JioPos Lite & JioFiber transactions.
  • (Each transaction meeting the aforesaid requirements being referred to as a 'Qualifying Transaction').
• Cashback for a Qualifying Transaction will be provided in the form of Pay with Rewards Cashback coupon. Cashback coupon will be credited within 7 days from the date of transaction and the validity will be communicated via SMS .
• Customers can either choose to avail discount by applying previously issued cashback or choose to earn additional cashback by meeting the thresholds defined above.
• Only a single promo can be applied in any transaction. For transactions where a discount is being availed by redeeming a previously issued cashback coupon, a new cashback coupon cannot be issued.
• It is clarified that amount of the cashback that a customer receives will be determined on random basis.
• Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer, at its sole discretion, if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or for any reason whatsoever.
• This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion made available by Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. on the Platforms.
• This Offer can only be availed once by each customer in the offer period.
• This Offer will not be applicable if you, the Merchant or Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. cancels the order fully or partially and in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In case the Qualifying Transaction is cancelled after you have received the cashback, you acknowledge and agree that the appropriate cashback amount (received under the Qualifying Transaction) will be adjusted from your refund receivable amount.
• Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
• This Offer will not be applicable if you, the Merchant or Twid cancels the order fully or partially and in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.
• This Offer is valid for Indian residents only.
• By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
• This Offer is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
• Availing this Offer is voluntary. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms. By availing this Offer, each customer hereby releases from liability and holds harmless Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates in relation to any matters connected to this Offer including but not limited to issue(s) associated with making the Qualifying Transaction or the inability to make a transaction for any reason whatsoever.
• Subscription and availing of telecommunication services of RJIL are subject to the terms of service of RJIL available at Jio.com.
• During the Offer Period, any customer who undertakes a minimum payment of ₹299 on MyJio for recharges or postpaid bill payment and chooses to make payment using "Pay with rewards” once per user, will be eligible to receive a cashback of upto ₹200, for the amount paid towards the transaction. This Offer can only be availed by a customer 1 time(s) during the Offer Period. (Each transaction meeting the aforesaid requirements being referred to as a "Qualifying Transaction").
