How to deactivate JioTunes service?
You can deactivate JioTunes using four easy methods:
- SMS
- Through MyJio app
- Through JioSaavn app
- IVR
- a.SMS: 56789 or 155223
- SMS Stop to 56789 or 155223 and follow the process to deactivate your JioTunes subscription
- JioTunes will be deactivated and you will receive deactivation confirmation SMS on your mobile
- b.Using MyJio:
- Open MyJio app
- Select ‘JioTunes’ option from the menu
- Your current JioTune will be displayed here, tap ‘Deactivate’ to deactivate
- You will get a confirmation pop-up once your request is submitted successfully
- c.Using JioSaavn:
- Open JioSaavn app
- Select ‘JioTunes’ option from the menu
- Your current JioTune will be displayed here, tap ‘Deactivate’ to deactivate
- You will get a confirmation pop-up once your request is submitted successfully
- d.IVR:
- Dial 155223 from your JioMobile and follow the IVR to select the option to deactivate the JioTunes service
- JioTunes will be deactivated and you will receive deactivation confirmation SMS on your mobile
