I gave request to upgrade to eSIM, I missed to answer the Automated IVR call, what to do?
If you missed to response to the IVR calls, you can type "RECALL" and send as SMS to 199 from the same Jio number for which the eSIM request has been placed.
For International roaming customers, send as SMS to +917018899999 instead of 199.
Incoming call charges will apply for IVR call in international roaming.
