How to change my existing Jio SIM to eSIM?
- Open the MyJio app.
- Go to the search field, type "eSIM" and tap on "Switch to eSIM”
- Confirm your email address and enter the EID number of the device on which you wish to activate the eSIM.
- Authenticate your request by entering the OTP sent to your Jio number and confirming via the IVR
Once your eSIM request is successfully processed, you'll receive an eSIM profile notification on your device or an eSIM profile QR code via email from notification@Jio.com at your email id, Follow the instructions to install the eSIM on your device, please refer to the step-by-step process guide for more details
