What happens if I want to cancel Amazon Prime membership under Jio Postpaid Plans?
One year of Amazon Prime membership is included in your JioPostpaid Plus plan at no additional cost. In case you wish to cancel your subscription within 1 year, you will lose the benefits associated with Amazon Prime membership. To cancel Amazon Prime subscription within one year, you are required to write to us at care@jio.com
