I have upgraded to an eligible JioPostpaid Plus plan but I am still not able to watch Prime Video?
You need to activate Amazon Prime through MyJio app to get one year of Amazon Prime at no extra cost. Also, please note that eligible JioPostpaid Plus plan need to be active plan and only after that you will be able to activate Amazon Prime through MyJio App.
