As wallet reversal from Payment gateway takes place in 7-10 Days from Transaction Date, you can raise concern with respective Payment Gateway–Bank /Debit Card/Credit Card / Wallets.
You can raise concern after 10 days if amount is still not returned with JIO Team Members for checking Transaction Status with JIO Associate ID, Transaction completion details / POS Lite Transaction ID starting with MOXXX and Payment Gateway.
Share following details for checking Transaction -Transaction Reference from POS Lite Passbook Option starting with BRXXXXXXX (If visible in Passbook /SMS), JIO Associate PRM ID starting with 070XXXXXX and JIO Mobile Number used for POS Associate Lite Login & Customer JIO Mobile Number to local Jio central or JIO Point Team members for support.
