JioGate empowers guards, residents and community admin to collectively secure the community. It provides visibility to all the relevant stakeholders at their convenience and helps manage the entry and exit of visitors, daily staff, delivery guys, cabs, etc., easily. In contrast to traditional means, JioGate is a digital, error-free, convenient and proactive way of managing a housing society.

What type of support is offered by JioGate?
JioGate offers very comprehensive support. Our support staff is well-trained, helpful and service-oriented. Its comprehensive support includes initial setup to load your complex details and past data, email support and training your society/estate manager, staff, guards, and residents.
What happens at the main gate of society related to JioGate?
JioGate provides a guard application for Android devices and helps them install the JioGuard app in it. We also provide a launcher with the guard app. This app helps you to lock the device and configure it so that nothing other than our applications will work on the device. Guards at the gate are trained to use the guarded devices. All entries/exits and their authorisation with residents as applicable are to be managed via these devices at the gate.
