Jio Customer Associate is an aspirational program to connect women and youth to be a part of the Digital India Movement. It enables people with diverse backgrounds such as Students, Self-Employed, Homemakers, Field staff to support our customers with various initiatives.

We are looking for women freelancers who have good communication skills, understand customer demographics and can speak in local language. Jio will provide complete training and support for this program.

Your earnings is a factor of no. of calls you do and % conversion you achieve. We have multiple programs, both - daily allocation of leads & leads for a fixed period. Typically JCAs working 4-6 hours daily can earn over ₹15,000 in a month.

Yes, as a JCA, your primary work will be from home. All you need is smart phone, quiet work space and a passion to learn. Occasionally you will be expected to visit your nearest Jio office to attend training sessions, engagement events etc.

There are no fixed working hours. As JCAs, you can work at your convenience. Typically JCAs working 4-6 hours daily can earn over Rs.15,000 in a month.
